  • This Institute will provide a comprehensive understanding of the legal and regulatory issues surrounding blockchain technology and digital assets. Six panels of experts will discuss the nuanced regulatory frameworks involving securities, commodities, banking, and taxation within the US and abroad. Experts will provide insight as to the successes and pitfalls of piece-meal regulation, and discuss how guidance and foreign regulators could shape future US policies. An expert panel will afford attorneys an opportunity to understand the current legal issues that impact the development and use of blockchain technology and digital assets.
