This program will explore how in-house counsel can utilize project management in the dispute resolution process to encourage efficiency and cost-savings. A panel of in-house attorneys and experts in mediation and arbitration will address how project management communication strategies, risk assessment, process mapping and project look-backs are ideal ways to manage claims. From case management tips in the initial stages of a dispute to evaluating the lessons learned at the conclusion, this program will offer practical advice for in-house attorneys to use in their everyday practice.
