Americans are generally fascinated by celebrities, whether alive or dead. Highly publicized battles regarding the families and estates of celebrities cast a bright spotlight on the importance of proper estate planning. For the third year in a row, this highly entertaining and informative program will identify the common factors that cause such disputes, and aid attorneys in avoiding family fights for their clients. An expert faculty will discuss the estates planning misfires of Howard Hughes, Lauren Bacall, Stan Lee, Anthony Bourdain, Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, and Johnny Hallyday.
OnDemand: $149 for Members | $249 for Nonmembers
Members who are Recent Law Graduates, Newly Admitted Lawyers (admitted for the first time in any state or country 2017-2019), In-House/Corporate Counsel, Judges (and their staff who are also members), or attorneys that practice within the Government, Academic or Not-for-Profit sectors attend this program for free.
