  • In the constantly evolving area of employment law, practitioners routinely face a number of ethical questions. This seminar will address some of the ethical issues that arise while counseling clients concerning employment law matters and in the midst of employment litigation. During the seminar, a panel of experts will examine a number of issues, including common ethical pitfalls in employment litigation, as well as issues related to: (1) internal investigations; (2) employee communications (ex-parte, current and former); (3) union organizing activity; and (4) settlement discussions.
