Emerging technologies and digital products and services have reshaped the global landscape and have the potential to continue to expand innovations in commerce, science, healthcare, national security, and a variety of other areas. As has always been the case, the law lags behind advances in technology and the gap between the current state of the law and continued advances in technology has created uncertainty and confusion across markets. From the creation of new types of crypto assets to the velocity of enhancements in artificial intelligence to the creative uses of distributed ledger technology and blockchain and the ethical issues that arise, stakeholders and market participants aspire to have the information necessary to help them navigate an ever-changing landscape. This symposium is intended to provide answers and clarity for stakeholders and market participants.
In this Symposium on Emerging Technologies, panelists will cover:
• Emerging Technologies Litigation and Enforcement
• Hot Topics in Emerging Technologies
