  • This program will provide an introduction and overview of the basics of trial practice to newer attorneys and more experienced attorneys seeking a refresher. Attendees will receive practical knowledge they can apply in their own future trials. Panelists will walk attendees through the trial process, explaining the nuts and bolts of each stage, while discussing strategies and techniques and providing practical examples.
