  • This program will identify and address a range of pertinent topics the practitioner will encounter in a commercial real estate transaction, including contract formation, title and survey issues, and due diligence investigations. Our panelists will give the audience the “do’s and don’ts” of a commercial real estate transaction as well as model language and forms for use in everyday practice.  The program will provide valuable guidance to the “beginner” real estate practitioner as well as litigators who practice in the area of real estate litigation.
