  • This program, co-sponsored by the Environmental & Energy Law Section of the New York State Bar Association and the Environmental Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association, will present an update on developments regarding brownfields and the federal Superfund law. Topics will include a review of DEC policies and practices in implementing the 2015 Amendments to the Brownfield Cleanup Act; a discussion of trends in Superfund enforcement, including natural resource damages and the impact of the Superfund Task Force recommendations; and an analysis of case law developments in both of these areas.
