  • From data breaches to Chapter 11 bankruptcy, a brand’s image can turn quickly.  In this age of click-bait, 24-hour news cycles, and viral tweets, what happens when a crisis hits and a brand’s image is challenged? What are the legal issues involved and how do you help your clients weather the storm without putting them in legal jeopardy?  This program takes a closer look at global companies who recently experienced these crises and is designed to give attorneys practical and legal insights into how to help clients navigate through these challenging times.  It will feature public relations experts, in-house attorneys, and industry insiders who will discuss best practices including how to plan for a crisis, how to create a crisis management team, how to avoid legal risk, and how to craft a message that can turn a crisis into a win.

    Program Fee: $199 for Members | $299 for Nonmembers
    In-House Counsel: Free for Members | $219 for Nonmembers

    Members who are Recent Law Graduates, Newly Admitted Lawyers (earliest admission 2016-2018 in any state or country), Judges (and their staff), or attorneys that practice within the Government, Academic or Not-for-Profit sectors attend this program for free.
