Have you ever wondered what happens after an employment discrimination claim is filed? Representatives from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, NYS Division of Human Rights and NYC Commission on Human Rights will provide insight into these agencies’ inner workings at this not-to-be-missed event. This CLE will provide an invaluable perspective on how these agencies process and evaluate discrimination claims. Representatives from these agencies will discuss their litigation priorities for 2019, how they make determinations on probable cause, their mediation initiatives, and more.
