This program will focus on imparting information to non-business litigators about the essential skills that a lawyer needs to ligate a business-related matter successfully. The program will cover the business litigation process, starting with pre-litigation negotiations, moving on to mediation and arbitration, filing summons and complaints, discovery, motions, and trial. Three experienced business litigators will participate in a panel discussion about best practices.
