Discussion topics will include client and attorney funding structures, underwriting criteria, ethical implications, business development synergies, and practice tips for attorneys seeking funding.Part II — Considerations for Litigators Seeking Funding
An expert panel of litigation funders and practicing litigators will lead an advanced discussion of practical considerations in structuring and closing litigation funding transactions. The panel will be moderated by a prominent litigation finance advisor and will address issues such as case presentation, assessing funding proposals, negotiating deal documents, and post-closing relationships with funders.Program Fee:
