In June 2020, the NYSBA approved a recommendation that would require New York attorneys to take one CLE cybersecurity credit every two years. The proposal is still pending but prompted the panelists to prepare this webinar on what lawyers are doing to strengthen their cybersecurity controls, especially because of heightened concerns brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic. The panelists will cover key regulations and advisories and provide best practices and tips to help lawyers improve their cyber hygiene.
