12.11.20 SDNY District Court, “Release of Pre-Trial Detainees on Bail With Proof That All Conditions Have Been Met” (20 MISC 738). “[C]ommencing immediately and until further order of the court, when any detained defendant is admitted to bail, the conditions of which include location monitoring, and where all conditions of release must be met prior to release, proof that all conditions have been satisfied must be produced to the United States Marshals by 12:00 PM (noon) in order to secure the defendant’s release on that day.” If the U.S. Marshals are not notified that all conditions precedent to release have been met until after 12:00 PM, the defendant shall continue to be held until 10:00 AM the following business day.” The full order is available here.
