New Chair and Members Elected to City Bar Fund Board
The City Bar Fund of the New York City Bar Association has announced the election of its new Chair, along with six new Board members. The Fund operates the pro bono, diversity & inclusion, and other public interest activities of the City Bar, which include the City Bar Justice Center, the Cyrus R. Vance Center for International Justice, the Office for Diversity and Inclusion, and the Lawyer Assistance Program.
Robert F. Cusumano has been elected as Chair of the City Bar Fund. He is currently the Executive Director of the Legal Horizons Foundation, after serving as Global General Counsel of the ACE Group of Insurance Companies, and as a partner at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Debevoise & Plimpton.
The following members were elected to the City Bar Fund Board by the Executive Committee of the New York City Bar Association: Ricardo Anzaldua, Executive Vice President & General Counsel, MetLife; Jay Holtmeier, Partner, WilmerHale LLP; Lisa Koenig, Partner, Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP; Soo-Mi Lee, Managing Director, Global Head of Regulatory Affairs, Morgan Stanley; David Levine, General Counsel, Bloomberg LP; and Audra Soloway, Partner, Paul Weiss LLP.
John S. Kiernan, Partner, Debevoise & Plimpton, and President, New York City Bar Association, serves ex-officio as President of the City Bar Fund.
Bret Parker, Executive Director, New York City Bar Association, serves as Vice President of the City Bar Fund.

About the City Bar Fund
The City Bar Fund, the 501(c)(3) sister organization of the New York City Bar Association, is comprised of four programs. The City Bar Justice Center provides access to justice for low-income and disadvantaged New Yorkers citywide by leveraging the pro bono expertise and time of the New York City legal community. The Cyrus R. Vance Center for International Justice provides pro bono legal support to human rights and environmental organizations in Latin America, Africa, and elsewhere in the world. The Office for Diversity & Inclusion works with New York City legal employers to foster more diverse and inclusive work environments. The Lawyer Assistance Program is a free, confidential service, available to attorneys, judges, law students and their family members in New York City who are struggling with substance abuse or mental health issues.
