11.18.20 SDNY District Court, “Extension of Interim CJA Vouchers Authorization” (20 MISC 198). To mitigate the financial hardship to Criminal Justice Act panel attorneys of possible delayed payments due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the court has extended its April 21 order authorizing and setting forth procedures for submitting interim CJA vouchers for payment of fees and expenses.
