Topics include: Using themes, theories, and juror values; humanizing issues for the jury; expressing emotions; storytelling; using primacy; how long the closing should be and dealing with judicially imposed time restraints; using stance, body language and eye contact to your advantage; integrating the law into your argument; using visuals or props; and using analogies.
