Supreme Court Round-Up: Recent Developments In Labor & Employment Law Cases
Thursday, Sep 26 2013 6-8:30 pm

In its 2012 - 2013 term, the U.S. Supreme Court issued several decisions that significantly affect how labor and management attorneys should now advise their clients and prepare for litigation concerning matters relating to discrimination under Title VII and the ADA, wage and hour, class action, ERISA, and arbitration. In this CLE event, an expert faculty will engage in an in-depth review of these cases, and also discuss important issues the Supreme Court will consider in the upcoming October 2013 Term. Professor Arthur S. Leonard of the New York Law School will moderate the panel, which includes union-side/plaintiff attorney William Anspach of Friedman & Wolf, management attorney David R. Marshall of Edwards Wildman, and Raechel Adam, from the EEOC. Be prepared to enjoy a serious yet lively discussion about the law.
