Young Lawyers Committee
The Young Lawyers Committee organizes professional development initiatives, public service, and special outreach events. As part of this Committee, the City Bar hosts the final rounds of the National Moot Court Competition, in which students from over 150 law schools hone their appellate advocacy skills by arguing before prominent members of our profession.
Programs, Social Events & Networking
The City Bar always has a number of programs throughout the day and at night on various issues of law ranging from international human rights issues to changes in the regulation of the financial system. In addition to keeping our members informed on the various issues and changes in the legal world, the City Bar also has various social events where members can convene in a more lighthearted atmosphere.
