*The free CLE program applies to one, up to a 3.0 credit live CLE program at the City Bar CLE Center from February 1, 2013-May 31, 2013. Existing members who work at firms with fewer than 25 attorneys and pay their dues in full by November 27, 2012 and new members who work at firms with fewer than 25 attorneys and join by November 30, 2012 will receive a code by December 31st 2012. The code must be submitted at the time of registration and advance registration is required. The code must be used for a program being presented during the period of February 1, 2013 – May 31, 2013. Codes cannot be retroactively applied and are non-transferable. Codes cannot be combined with other CLE offers.

Some programs offering 3.0 credits or less are not eligible for this promotion, including ethics programs. However, the free CLE program opportunity can be exchanged (using the same code) for up to a 3-credit ethics program at 50% off the member rate.
