The Public Affairs Luncheon Series features speakers who address matters of public interest. The luncheons provide a forum to enable members of the City Bar to network, socialize, and discuss matters of interest. The luncheons are open to the public. The author of A Walk Across the Sun, Corban Addison, learned of child trafficking several years ago after beginning his legal career in private practice. He began the research for his book by traveling to India. He also observed firsthand the work of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to halt human trafficking.
