List Rentals
The Association offers its membership list for rental for one-time use to qualified and companies for law-related purposes.
A list is sold exclusively for mailings that contain law-related information. The Association reserves the right to refuse, without explanation, any order deemed inappropriate for our members or in violation of our by-laws. Lists can be segmented by different criteria.

Master File: This list consists of all NYCBA members
Geography: These lists consist of contacts in a specific geographical area, such as city, county, zip code, etc.
Length of Practice: These lists consist of contacts based on how long an attorney has been practicing law.

The Association requires that you submit, for review, a sample of all materials to be sent to our members. These samples must be received and reviewed before the list can be provided.
Pricing
For up to the first 5,000 names/ $575 plus applicable sales tax
For each additional 1,000 names/ $175 plus applicable sales tax
(New York State sales tax is 8.875 %)
Rates effective July 2011
List Delivery
Upon receipt of signed agreement and payment, Lists are delivered electronically in Excel Spreadsheet format.
