2018 New York State Legislative Agenda

SUMMARY

The City Bar’s 2018 New York State Legislative Agenda is a summary of significant legislative issues that focuses on topics that are relevant to the current legislative debate or of particular importance to the Association, as well as legislative proposals drafted by our committees.  The agenda is rooted in the City Bar’s mission to facilitate and improve the administration of justice and promote reform of the law.  The City Bar’s committees generate dozens of reports over the course of each legislative session and this agenda represents only a portion of those positions.
