Medical Malpractice Committee

The Medical Malpractice Committee is comprised of lawyers representing both plaintiffs and defendants, representatives of medical liability insurance companies, judges, former judges and law students. We monitor and discuss developments in the case law and statutes, and may participate in the legislative process. We create and present CLE programs geared toward attorneys in our practice area, and hold programs at law schools and colleges to educate students about what we do. Our recent focus has been on the implementation of the neurologically impaired infant fund, and the evolution of the rules governing its use.
