In-House Counsel Committee

The In-House Counsel Committee focuses on discussing and reporting on trends as well as providing practical advice for in-house counsel across a wide range of companies and practice areas. The committee has a diverse membership of in-house counsel in the areas of banking, insurance, compliance, mergers & acquisition, intellectual property, and sports law, among others. In addition to offering CLE and other presentations at the City Bar (on behalf of our committee and in conjunction with other committees), we publish articles on subjects of interest to in-house counsel. We also engage outside speakers to come and speak with the committee on subjects such as networking or resources available to in-house counsel. The In-House Counsel Committee is happy to welcome any in-house counsel seeking a forum to share ideas and brainstorm on developments and challenges facing in-house counsel.
