Futures & Derivatives Committee

The Futures and Derivatives Committee seeks to address all issues impacting the futures and derivatives markets and industry participants. The committee is very active in commenting on proposals by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, National Futures Association, and Securities and Exchange Commission. A frequent host of senior policymakers, the committee occupies a thought leadership role in the futures and derivatives industry. Members of the committee practice in multiple states and include private practitioners, in-house counsel, government officials, and members of the academy.
