Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee

As part of its mission, the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee, working closely with City Bar’s Legal Referral Service, has posted resources for the public that help introduce potential users of conflict resolution to the processes — such as arbitration, mediation, or negotiation — parties use to resolve their disputes outside of litigation.
