Capers Speaks at City Bar
Eastern District U.S. Attorney Robert Capers addressed the audience at the New York City Bar Association’s annual White Collar Crime Institute last week. His remarks discussed ‘the impact of globalization on financial crime’ and how cyber threats have emerged in the financial sector. Capers also talked about ‘the importance and benefits of corporate cooperation and self-reporting.
