The Investigation and Prosecution of Business Entities

The program will take the panel through a hypothetical to discuss the manner in which corporations and other entities are treated by the criminal justice system (as evidenced in New York City by the pronounced policies of Department of Justice and the Manhattan DA's Office) from inception to sentencing.
