    Reproductive Health Act

Stewart Cousins) - "the Reproductive Health Act"; would establish a fundamental, statutory right to privacy in making personal reproductive decisions and updates New York's abortion and contraception laws to correct constitutional defects and ensure that abortion is treated as a health matter.
