Comprehensive Ethics Reform in Albany

The Committees on State Affairs and Government Ethics released their comprehensive ethics report, "Reforming New York State's Ethics Laws the Right Way." The report identifies five core principles to effective reform including a single independent ethics agency and providing full disclosure of all legislators' outside income.
