Committee on Legal Problems of the Aging

The Committee on Legal Problems of the Aging focuses on the needs of older generation New Yorkers. Currently there are many changes in how services are delivered to older persons including Medicaid cutbacks, radical changes in the delivery of home care, shrinkage in government dollars to subsidize health care and the increasing needs of the expanding elderly population. The Committee works to develop policy and position papers addressing their needs.
