Emerging Companies and Venture Capital Committee
The Emerging Companies and Venture Capital Committee is an eclectic committee that consists of solo practitioners, law firm associates and partners, in-house counsel, and venture capitalists. Our Committee’s goals are to influence, educate, and connect members within the emerging companies community.
We work to influence the community by identifying legal and business needs and developing creative and pragmatic solutions to those needs. Through hosting informative panels and publishing papers, we hope to educate the community about pertinent issues that affect emerging companies. Finally, by connecting legal concerns and investors’ needs to emerging companies’ business goals, we hope to create an environment that better serves the advancement of the community.
