Report on Flextime
The New York legal community has long been experiencing a change in its culture with an increasing number of attorneys seeking part-time or alternative work arrangements. Unfortunately, the demand for flexible work arrangements exceeds the number of opportunities available and for many of those who have been fortunate enough to have found such work there are many pitfalls that the part time lawyer faces. This report discusses ways in which this growing need among lawyers can be accommodated in the future and contribute to a legal employers overall business strategy.

Women Changing the Law for Women
In connection with the Inaugural Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg Distinguished Lecture on Women and the Law held in November 2000 the following outline was put together celebrating 30 years of women in the profession and in changing the law for women. The outline details the legal changes fostered by Justice Ginsburg, NOW Legal Defense and other dedicated attorneys which began the transformation of women's lives and significantly opened the legal profession to women.
