  • This program will provide an introduction to will contests, discovery under SCPA §1404, and discovery following the filing of objections to probate. Topics include document discovery, preparing and conducting SCPA §1404 examinations, discovery of tax returns, use of expert witnesses, and ethical considerations in will contests.
