  • Even in the ordinary course of business, not-for-profit corporations face many challenges.  However, a wide range of legal issues can imperil their very existence.  These are the issues that keep the nonprofit practitioner up at night.  This program identifies those issues and shows how to deal with them.  Covering situations ranging from financial straits that drive an organization to seek to monetize its assets or to spend endowment funds to alleged improprieties that prompt an Attorney General or other government investigation, this program prepares the nonprofit practitioner to deal with those issues you hope to never face.
