This program will provide practical, timely advice about how to handle issues that frequently arise when bringing and defending appeals in the Second Circuit. Panelists will provide insight on recent amendments to the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure and the Second Circuit Local Rules, as well as strategies for scheduling, briefing, and argument of appeals.
Special Bonus: All attendees will receive a copy of the new edition of Appeals to the Second Circuit, a detailed handbook published by the NYC Bar.
