The program will provide in-depth information on the following areas: (1) “Expanded Medicaid Transitions,” (2) “The Inner-Workings of Medicaid Asset Protection Trusts,” and (3) “Ethics for Attorneys Serving as Fiduciaries.”
The program will feature a presentation by Jacob McDonald, Esq., Client Services Counsel with Medicare Rights Center, who will discuss the transition process for individuals with expanded Medicaid coverage who are newly or soon-to-be Medicare-eligible. Jeffrey Asher, Esq., of the Law Offices of Jeffrey A. Asher, PLLC, will provide an in-depth analysis of the inner-workings of Medicaid asset protection trusts.
