Including Networking Luncheon
-
Given the changing landscape that corporation legal departments face and the dynamic role of corporate counsel, it is imperative that in-house counsel stay updated on strategies for managing both the legal and business aspects of the organizations in which they serve. This symposium will focus on a number of high-priority issues important for corporate counsel. A panel of seasoned professionals will address how legal departments can change the nature of the in-house legal department from a cost center to a revenue generator, guide their organizations through a crisis, and utilize best M&A practices in constructing a deal. The program will be followed by a networking luncheon for all participants.
