Jeffrey B. Gracer

Mr. Gracer is a partner at Torys LLP in the Environmental Group, where he specializes in the environmental aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. He has published numerous articles and lectured on environmental issues in infrastructure projects, environmental credit risk management, brownfields development, environmental audits and environmental strategy for projects in Latin America. Mr. Gracer is the Vice-Chair of the Special Committee on Environmental Disclosure in the Environment, Energy and Resources Section of the American Bar Association, an Executive Committee member of the Environmental Law Section and Co-Chair of the Committee on Environmental Issues in Business Transactions of the New York State Bar Association. He is a member of the Committee on Environmental Law, the Advisory Committee to the Vance Center for International Justice Initiatives and the former Chair of the Inter-American Affairs Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. Mr. Gracer is on the International Advisory Council of the Centro de Estudios Legales y Sociales in Buenos Aires and a board member of Children's Rights, Inc. Mr. Gracer received his B.A. from Columbia College and his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law as a Charles Evans Hughes Fellow.
