Michael L. Fitzgerald

Michael L. Fitzgerald is a partner in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, and specializes in the areas of corporate and securities law. Mr. Fitzgerald has represented a wide range of international and domestic underwriter and issuer clients in debt and equity financing transactions and merger and acquisition activities. He has been especially active in Latin American financial markets. He was named as one of the world's best capital markets lawyers by Chambers Global The World's Leading Lawyers. Mr. Fitzgerald is a member of the American Bar Association Committee on Securities Laws. He has written articles and presented seminars on a variety of issues involving the international capital markets. Mr. Fitzgerald received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Mr. Fitzgerald was admitted to the New York Bar in 1980.
