Everything You Need To Know About Landlord-Tenant Court

When: Tuesday, February 7, 2006; from 6:00 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Where: New York City Bar Association, 42 West 44th Street

The Committee on Legal Services for Persons of Moderate Means invites the public and the media to attend a free program to hear Housing Court Attorney Joyce Zimberg provide information and guidance on housing court procedures. Topics will include:

• Non-payment proceedings
• Holdover proceedings
• HP actions
• Evidentiary requirements
• Stipulations,
• The function of the housing court personnel.

Question and Answer Session: Audience participants will have an opportunity to ask questions after the presentation.
