with the former Commander of the U.N. Mission to
Rwanda

In what promises to be a moving and compelling
program, General Romeo Dallaire, the commander
of the U.N. Mission to Rwanda during the 1994
genocide (who was portrayed in the recent film “Hotel
Rwanda”), exposes the failure of humanity
to stop the Rwandan genocide. The author of “Shake
Hands With the Devil,” General Dallaire
is currently a Fellow at the Carr Center for
Human Rights Policy at Harvard University.
