Mailing List Rentals
The Association offers its membership list for rental for one-time
use to qualified individuals and companies for law-related purposes.
Purchasing our entire list is the most effective way to get your
message out to the broadest cross-section of the influential New
York legal community. And when you want to reach a specialized audience,
you can purchase lists selected by area of interest and practice.
The Association has more than 160 committees, each
focusing on a particular area of the law. These selected lists are
made up of lawyers currently serving on the applicable committees
and those who previously served, as well as others who have expressed
a special interest in these committees. Alternatively, you may choose
one of several lists reflecting demographic profiles of our members.
The number of names on each list is approximate and changes as we
continually update our membership database. In fact, this careful
attention to address and other changes and the high rate of member
participation in the Association makes our mailing list a uniquely
reliable and effective marketing tool.
Pricing
The basic cost for a one-time use of a list consisting
of up to five thousand names is $450 plus applicable sales tax (New
York State sales tax is 8.875 %). Lists containing more than five thousand
names are priced at $125 per thousand names plus applicable sales tax.
Members of the Association receive a 10% discount.
Data Format
Upon prepayment, the list can be provided in a comma-delimited
text format delivered via e-mail or on diskette. Payment may be made
by check or with a major credit card (Master Card, Visa or American
Express is accepted). The lists are in Zip Code order.

Requirements
The Association requires that you submit, for review by us, a sample of all materials
to be sent to our members. These samples must be received and reviewed before
the list can be provided.
The list is sold exclusively for mailings that contain law-related information.
The Association reserves the right to refuse, without explanation, any order
deemed inappropriate for our members or in violation of our by-laws.
All rentals are for one time use only.
