In 2005-06, the New York City Bar initiated an innovative series of workshops focusing on the needs of mid-level attorneys, presented by leading consultants. In January 2008 the City Bar will launch the third annual Professional Development Breakfast Workshops promoting the success of mid-level attorneys as they progress to partnership, move in-house, to government, or on to other careers in the legal profession.
