This program will explore ways in which junior associates can effectively transition to midlevel and senior roles within law firms. Panelists will discuss developing the qualities and characteristics of successful associates, using each work assignment as an opportunity to expand substantive knowledge, skills, and networks, and forming effective relationships with mentors and clients. The panelists will also touch on how early effective career management helps associates navigate a path both within and beyond their firms. The discussion will be useful to junior associates at firms of all sizes.
