| Rockefeller Drug Law Reforms: Success or Failure? Thursday, April 14, 2011 6 PM-8 PM Registration for this event is now closed The historic Drug Law Reform Act of 2009 (DLRA) was passed after years of advocacy by defender organizations, criminal justice advocates, and drug and alcohol treatment providers. This program will examine DLRA reforms -- including judicial diversion to treatment programs, resentencing, and conditional sealing -- from judicial, defense, and prosecution perspectives.
