Our New Judicial Order: Family Court and Housing Court Linked by Law

This free CLE Seminar for practitioners and litigants who face issues in both Housing Court and Family Court will explore which issues should be resolved in which forum. A panel discussion led by judges with experience in both courts will consider issues where the courts may overlap, such as illegal lock-out cases and orders of protection. The panel will cover the most recent legal decisions and practical information on which claims are properly pursued in which forum.
