| DEVELOPING PROJECTS IN THE MARCELLUS SHALE Tuesday, February 15, 2011 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm The Marcellus Shale gas play offers the prospect of plentiful domestic energy supplies located in relative proximity to urban markets. But the successful exploitation of this resource presents a unique set of legal, commercial and environmental challenges.
