This seminar is aimed at lawyers of color and is a practical step-by-step series of goal setting exercises for the participants, that, at the end, each participant will walk away with a personalized action plan that is unique for that participant and that is also an actionable plan for that participant to re-direct, re-charge or re-focus his or her legal career in a law firm, corporation, public interest, or government sector. Career assets and goals need rebalancing periodically to ensure you’re on the right track.
This is a seminar where the participants will be actively working on goal defining and goal setting exercises throughout in order to clarify their career goals in the legal profession. The steps will be broken down into easy, digestible take-aways. Minority lawyers will come away with an action plan that they can start implementing the next day.
